Features
Complexity becomes simplicity. This is the philosophy that inspired the creation of “Le Marne,” a wine where different red grape varieties, used in different compositions depending on the various harvest trends, find their compendium in the typical harmony of the union of diversities. Its bright ruby color, very luminous, almost shiny, and its typically Piedmontese scents make it a privileged business card of the company, always different but at the same time a constant bearer of those recognizable characteristics that create a true corporate imprint. On the nose, the fruity notes, very ripe but not cloying, blend with the vegetal ones, with hay above all, still revealing a very pleasant freshness. Its acidity is well balanced by the glyceric and alcoholic tone, never heavy, and together with the tannins forms the working base on which the wine is modulated from year to year. A wine, therefore, elementary, drinkable, and with immediate impact, but at the same time able to satisfy those who seek structure and hidden complexity. These latter characteristics emerge confidently during oxygenation and throughout the tasting.

Vinification
For each grape variety, destemming and gentle crushing, maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature in horizontal fermenters.
Pairings
Its good body makes it a wine that embraces the typical pairings with roasted or skewered meats, not too aged cheeses, and seafood preparations, such as broths above all, where the presence of tomato, herbs, and chili is harmoniously contrasted by the individual components of the wine in a whole of great taste harmony.
