Features
A faithful expression of the area with D.O.C. classification, Loazzolo in fact, this passito Moscato combines all the expressive possibilities of a grape variety that is both delicate and complex. Its intense straw-yellow color, with pronounced golden reflections, clearly hints at the sensations and harmonies that will be found with extreme frankness on the nose and in the mouth. Its wide expressive range reaches decidedly high emotional peaks, where distinctly recognizable notes of candied fruit, apricot in spirit, quince, and wilted yellow flowers emerge. Seductive and extremely elegant is its waxy note, a product of the drying process and the glyceric structure of the wine. The balance achieved between the soft and acidic components guarantees its extreme shelf life and definitely makes it impactful in terms of the expressed tasting sensations. The gustatory return fully reflects the nuances and aromas perceived on the nose, further enhancing the notes of ripe tropical fruit and candied fruits. The alcohol content and highlighted harmony make it extremely versatile in terms of pairings.

Vinification
At the end of the withering, the grapes are destemmed and pressed very gently. This is followed by a brief fermentation in steel and a subsequent aging of 24 months, of which at least twelve in barriques.
Pairings
The combination with some lightly blue-veined cheeses or, on the contrary, with some aged salami is interesting. While the historically adopted pairing is with dry pastries, it is equally true that in the presence of wines with such "emotional strength," a tasting in perfect and absolute solitude is the right reward that is recommended to give to them.
