Features
Born from the idea of enhancing and maximizing the delicate aromatic and flavor characteristics of the specific grape variety, this pure Brachetto represents the extreme synthesis between elegance, the fineness of the aromas, and the intrinsic structure of the wine. With a purplish color, strongly reminiscent of cerasuolo, it presents itself to the nose in an extremely delicate, almost shy manner, only to burst forth with notes of wilted rose and lychee, which immediately refer back to its original aromatic characteristics, along with hints of musk. The sweetness of the fruit is not overshadowed in any way by the residual sugar or the extremely moderate alcohol level. On the palate, it shows a marked acidity that contrasts beautifully with the sugar content, making it decidedly refreshing and guaranteeing a wide versatility in terms of pairings. Its freshness is rightly tempered and enhanced by the alcohol and glycerin content, which give it sweetness and lightness on the palate. Its finish is very long, and even more appreciable is the great balance and harmony it manages to impart in the mouth. An unusual wine that emerges from the norm almost timidly, yet, in reality, expresses with all its strength and great emotional impact the enchanting characteristics of a grape variety still little understood and appreciated.
