Features
This Moscato, designed and vinified in the sparkling version, aims to express the aromatic heritage typical of this ancient grape variety, preserving the delicacy and subtlety of the original aromas. Hence, a fermentation at a strictly controlled temperature and a foam formation that does not overwhelm, with the carbonic impact, the lightness and extreme fragrance of the whole. Visually, it presents itself in all its sparkling joy with a nice pale straw yellow color, with slight greenish reflections that already suggest, at first glance, its youth and exuberance. In the olfactory examination, it shows a remarkable fragrance, very well integrated and blended with terpenic notes, which enhance its classic and typical citrus scents. Also elegant are the notes of white flowers and those musky, which also accurately refer to the classic varietal expressions. On the palate, it presents a distinct freshness excellently contrasted with the sugary and glyceric components. The acidity is further emphasized by the fact that the tasting finish, decidedly long for a Moscato, almost interrupts the effect of sugars to leave room for a balanced and very pleasant salivation.

Vinification
Destemming and soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature for the sparkling process. Once the alcohol reaches 5 degrees, the fermentation is stopped with cold and the tartaric stabilization is carried out, followed by sterile bottling.
Pairings
Pleasant not only with classic dessert preparations (such as classic leavened pastries or fried ones) but also with cured meats that have a good sweetness in terms of fats and a light salty impact, as well as delicate and creamy foams. The awards won by Valdiserre at the international level (specifically at the Muscats du Monde world competition) prove the value and universality that this wine has now acquired.
